Sale only to end users-consumers
The items available from Store designed and sold exclusively to consumers as end users. The further sale of products for commercial purposes is not allowed. The Shop expressly reserves all right, including explicit and non-acceptance market proposals which create the impression that were intended to further marketing of the products.
Right of Withdrawal / Return product
If the customer is a natural person (consumer) who makes the sale for personal use and not for the convenience of their individual activity (trade, business, craft or profession), then the right to withdraw from the sale, according to Law no. 2251 / 1994, as amended to JMD Z1-891 / 2013, returning the product to its original state, chargeable with return costs and any diminished value of the goods. Return costs are borne the store only if the product is defective or if you received another product than what you ordered. The consumer should manage each product received with how one would manage and would consider it at a physical store in order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning. Management of a product, which is different from the above description, will not be accepted. Therefore, the consumer may be charged by reducing the value of a product, if the management has done this more than acceptable measure.
Changes are acceptable over a period of 14 days from the date you received the product.
Defective product can be replaced with the same one or different upon request.
